Peter and Natalie Dobe have proudly owned and operated Jem Accountancy in Buderim since 2006. In 2020, they opened our Gympie office in response to the growing number of clients we were supporting throughout Gympie and the Mary Valley region.

Our team provides professional accounting and taxation support to businesses of all sizes, as well as individuals with property and share portfolios. We work with clients across a wide range of industries and pride ourselves on providing practical, personalised advice.

Natalie is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) with 25 years’ experience. She enjoys working closely with her clients and taking the time to understand their businesses and how they operate. Natalie specialises in accounting and taxation services for individuals, small family businesses and larger business entities across a broad range of industries.

Lynda has over 30 years’ experience in public practice across the Brisbane, Noosa and Cooroy areas. Her main focus is small business accounting, taxation compliance and planning. Lynda enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and looks forward to developing new client relationships in her role with Jem Accountancy across their Buderim and Gympie offices. She is proficient in Xero, MYOB and Reckon.

Terri has over 20 years’ experience working in public practice. Her expertise lies in taxation and accounting for individuals, partnerships, trusts and companies, and she has a strong background in MYOB. Terri believes being an accountant is about more than just number crunching. Her friendly approach and commitment to providing value-adding services to Jem Accountancy clients are at the heart of her role.
